Per conservar la textura i el sabor, l&#039;ideal \u00e9s deixar-los a la nevera durant tota la nit. Un cop descongelats, <strong data-start=\"1217\" data-end=\"1275\">renta&#039;ls lleugerament i eixuga&#039;ls b\u00e9 amb paper de cuina<\/strong>. Aquest pas \u00e9s important perqu\u00e8 la farina s&#039;adhereixi correctament i quedin cruixents per fora en fregir-los.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"525\" data-end=\"547\"><strong>Pas a pas:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"553\" data-end=\"578\">1- Descongela el bacall\u00e0<\/strong><br data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"581\" \/>Deixa-ho a la nevera d&#039;un dia per l&#039;altre. Un cop descongelat, renta&#039;l, eixuga&#039;l b\u00e9 i reserva&#039;l.<\/p>\n<p><strong data-start=\"682\" data-end=\"701\">2- Enfarina i fregeix<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Enfarina els lloms i fregeix-los en abundant oli calent fins que quedin daurats per fora. Treu-los i reserva&#039;ls.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"821\" data-end=\"929\"><strong data-start=\"825\" data-end=\"845\">3- Prepara la salsa<\/strong><br data-start=\"845\" data-end=\"848\" \/>En una cassola, fregeix els pebrots verds sencers fins que estiguin ben daurats.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"931\" data-end=\"1042\"><strong data-start=\"935\" data-end=\"954\">4- Afegeix el tom\u00e0quet<\/strong><br data-start=\"954\" data-end=\"957\" \/>Incorpora el tom\u00e0quet fregit directament a la cassola amb els pebrots i remou b\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1044\" data-end=\"1178\"><strong data-start=\"1048\" data-end=\"1072\">5- Incorpora el bacall\u00e0<\/strong><br data-start=\"1072\" data-end=\"1075\" \/>Col\u00b7loca els lloms a la salsa, abaixa el foc i deixa que facin un \u201cxup-xup\u201d suau durant uns minuts.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1292\"><strong data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1204\">6- Rectifica de sal<\/strong><br data-start=\"1204\" data-end=\"1207\" \/>Prova la salsa i ajusta si cal, encara que el bacall\u00e0 ja aporta for\u00e7a sabor.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1180\" data-end=\"1292\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2709\" data-end=\"2752\"><strong>Consells per gaudir-ne al m\u00e0xim:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"3110\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2754\" data-end=\"2829\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2756\" data-end=\"2829\">Aquest plat millora amb el rep\u00f2s, aix\u00ed que ho pots fer amb antelaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2830\" data-end=\"2922\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2832\" data-end=\"2922\">Acompanya&#039;l amb <strong data-start=\"2847\" data-end=\"2871\">pa casol\u00e0 o r\u00fastic<\/strong>, perqu\u00e8 la salsa est\u00e0 per mullar fins al final.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"2923\" data-end=\"3010\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2925\" data-end=\"3010\">Tamb\u00e9 queda genial amb un acompanyament de <strong data-start=\"2971\" data-end=\"3007\">arr\u00f2s blanc o patates forneres<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"3011\" data-end=\"3110\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"3013\" data-end=\"3110\">Si ho prepares per a convidats, pots servir-lo en cassola de fang per a un toc m\u00e9s tradicional.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1705\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1705\">T&#039;animes a preparar-ho?
