Incorpora la llet a poc a poc<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1817\" data-end=\"2025\">Aboca la llet <strong data-start=\"1833\" data-end=\"1852\">molt a poc a poc<\/strong>, remenant constantment per evitar grumolls. \u00c9s fonamental que la llet estigui temperada oa temperatura ambient. Si hi afegeixes tota de cop, es pot tallar o formar grumolls.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2027\" data-end=\"2051\"><strong>4. Cuina i espessa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2052\" data-end=\"2230\">Continua remenant amb paci\u00e8ncia durant 5 a 7 minuts, fins que la barreja espesseixi i tingui una textura cremosa per\u00f2 fluida. Ha de poder cobrir b\u00e9 els canelons sense quedar-se l\u00edquida.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2232\" data-end=\"2247\"><strong>5. Sazona<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2248\" data-end=\"2387\">Afegeix sal, un pessic de pebre blanc i nou moscada acabada de ratllar.
